The following are part of the BPMA team. They will serve as part of a small working committee and will meet together on a monthly basis. One of the first tasks will be to construct a constitution so that the aims and objectives of the association are clearly defined.

BPMA Training Workshop

On 14th June there was another successful training workshop organised by Leo O'Toole and Wendy Loveridge of the Birmingham Practice Managers' Association. The topic was Business Planning, speaker Karen Yates from Karen Yates Associates. The workshop covered how to write your business plan, a Business Planning Hints & Tips document, and a working version of the Gap Analysis Tool.

A further workshop is planned for November time, it is anticipated that this will based around Health & Safety, Risk Assessment and Fire Training, although this will depend on Practice Manager feedback, as all of the workshops organised by the BPMA have been based solely on the choice of the Practice Managers.
