Practice Support & Liaison Manager
I would like to introduce myself and provide you with an update of the support that Birmingham LMC will be providing for Managers and Practices in the future.
I have been working in the role of Practice Support & Liaison Manager for just over two years. The main aim of this role is to provide advice, guidance and support for constituent GPs, Managers and other relevant practice staff. I also support Dr Morley advising practices on managerial and business issues. I have introduced the Managers Forum Group where members of the group come together to network and discuss issues and problems that we are all currently facing. I also work closely with BSol CCG in relation to peer support work for practices and in providing extensive training workshops for managers.
If you need to contact me then I am available at the LMC offices Monday to Thursday.
